Aeeroba

We are here to listen.

The need to be heard without being judged.

Mental well-being through meaningful human connection.

A soft clay thistle flower, pale green, standing upright.

Why Aeeroba

Between feeling alone and feeling heard, there is a quiet space too many of us live in.

What the name means

Aeeroba means someone who understands how you want to be understood.

It is a name for being understood on your own terms.

What we believe

  1. 1 We are here to listen.

We start by hearing what someone is saying, not by correcting it.

  2. 2 We are not here to pretend we have all the answers.

We say what we know, what we don’t, and where to find someone who knows more.

  3. 3 Human connection comes first. Always.

Every feature is judged by whether it brings people closer to a real person.

  4. 4 Every voice is welcome.

You can share, ask or simply listen, and all three count as taking part.

  5. 5 No jargon. No pressure.

Plain words, short sentences, and nothing that tells you what you ought to feel.

  6. 6 Technology as a bridge, never the destination.

Anything we build points you towards trusted resources and real people, then gets out of the way.

How we work

  1. We write from primary sources and show them.

Every article lists the organisations and studies it draws on.

  2. We review what we publish, and date it.

Every article we publish will show the date it was last reviewed, and we will check it again on a schedule.

  3. We say what we can’t do.

Aeeroba offers information and community, not medical advice, and never a diagnosis.

Where we’re going
