Aeeroba

The terms, in plain words.

Last updated 24 October 2026

In short. Aeeroba offers information and community, not medical advice. It is not an emergency service. Nothing here makes anyone your doctor or therapist. The forms and any future community are for people aged 18 and over. If you ask a question and tick the box, we may publish an edited, anonymous answer.

This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. We will update it when it has.

Information, not advice

What you read here is general information about everyday mental well-being. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or medical advice, and it is not written for your particular situation. Each page says when it was last reviewed and which sources it rests on. For advice about your own health, talk to a qualified professional.

Not an emergency service

Aeeroba cannot send help, and its forms are not monitored around the clock. If you are in danger or cannot keep yourself safe, call 112 in India or your local emergency number, or see Help now.

No clinician relationship

Reading Aeeroba, asking a question or writing to us does not make anyone here your doctor, therapist or counsellor. We do not offer counselling, and nobody on the team is acting as your clinician.

Who may use the forms

Anyone may read the site. The waitlist, Ask and Contact forms, and any future community, are for people aged 18 and over.

Questions you ask

Questions sent through Ask are anonymous by default. If you tick the box, we may answer publicly after editing out anything that could identify a person or a place. We read every question, and we cannot reply to each one.

Changes

Governing law, content licence and liability are left to the lawyer’s review. When these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with them.
